Platform scope

QRin provides software for business profile pages, reservation workflows, QR experiences, customer feedback, notifications, and related operational tools. We may update or improve the platform over time.

Business accounts

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of the information they publish through QRin, including opening hours, menus, reservation availability, pricing, policies, and customer-facing contact information.

Subscriptions and fees

SaaS subscriptions may be billed through Creem. Reservation payments or operational payment flows may be processed through Stripe Connect or another configured payment provider. Taxes, provider terms, and payout timing may depend on the selected billing setup.

Customer obligations

Businesses must use QRin lawfully and must not upload misleading, illegal, abusive, or infringing content. Businesses are responsible for honoring the services they sell and for handling customer service, refunds, and operational disputes.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep QRin available and secure, but uptime is not guaranteed. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary for maintenance, security, compliance, or product evolution.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, illegal activity, charge issues, or serious violations of these terms. Businesses may also stop using the platform according to their billing and cancellation terms.

Limitation of liability

QRin is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRin is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, payment provider interruptions, or business operational decisions.
