Our standard agreement for the use of the QRin platform.

1. Introduction

Welcome to QRin ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform and services. By accessing or using QRin, you agree to these Terms.

2. About the Service

QRin provides digital tools for restaurants and hospitality businesses, including QR-based menus, ordering, reservations, and related services.

3. Role of QRin

QRin acts as a technology platform that enables businesses to manage orders, reservations, and customer interactions. QRin is not a party to transactions between end users and businesses and is not responsible for the products or services provided by those businesses.

6. Accounts

Certain features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

7. Payments and Transactions

Payments for services offered through QRin are processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe.

When making a payment, users are redirected to Stripe’s secure payment environment. QRin does not collect or store payment card details.

QRin acts solely as a technology platform and is not the merchant of record. The relevant business (e.g. restaurant) is responsible for fulfilling the service, handling refunds, and managing any disputes.

Users should review the applicable business’s terms and policies before completing a transaction.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRin shall not be liable for:

indirect or consequential damages
loss of profits, data, or business
issues arising from third-party services or businesses

9. Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that the platform will always be available or error-free.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if users violate these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and applicable European Union law.
