What we collect

We collect the information needed to operate QRin, including account identity details, business profile information, reservation and customer contact details submitted through the product, analytics events tied to QR scans or booking actions, and billing metadata from our payment providers.

How we use data

We use this information to provide the service, authenticate users, operate reservations and customer flows, generate analytics, send operational notifications, process payments through our providers, prevent abuse, and support customers.

Payments and third parties

Authentication is handled through Clerk. SaaS subscriptions are processed through Creem. Reservation payments may be processed through Stripe Connect on behalf of the tenant business. We only share the data required for those providers to perform their services.

Tenant responsibility

Businesses using QRin act as independent data controllers for the customer information they collect through their public booking, review, and contact flows. Each business is responsible for its own customer communications, refund policies, and operational decisions.

Retention and security

We retain data only for as long as needed to provide the platform, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain audit records. We use managed providers and access controls to reduce risk, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data where applicable. For customer data submitted to a tenant business, requests may need to be handled with that business first because it controls the operational record.
